The company
AFCCO Oil & Gas Field Services (Pvt) Ltd has prepared well sites, laid access roads, poured foundations and built facilities for the country's operators since 1994 — and now backs that field record with an engineering and technology division.
Who we are
AFCCO was established in 1994 to serve the civil and mechanical needs of Pakistan's upstream oil and gas industry. What began with early oilfield contracts in Sindh has grown into a company delivering work for national and multinational operators, public-sector institutions and industrial clients across the country.
The company was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan in 2011 and today operates two specialist divisions under a single integrated management system. AFCCO Services handles civil, mechanical and infrastructure execution in the field. AFCCO Technologies provides the consulting, project support, training and supply capability that surrounds it.
Most of our work happens in places that are difficult to reach and expensive to stand still in — remote blocks, active production areas, sites where a drilling programme is waiting on ground being ready. That reality shapes how the company is organised: self-sufficient field teams, an owned equipment base, a yard positioned in the southern fields, and planning that assumes the site will not be forgiving.
History
From single-contract oilfield civil works to a two-division contractor with national coverage.
Established under PEC Category C-6, beginning with oilfield civil contracts in Sindh.
Category progression earned through delivery for major E&P clients across Pakistan.
Registered as a private limited company with SECP under CUIN 0075959.
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified through URS.
Highest PEC contractor category, qualifying AFCCO for projects with no contract-value ceiling.
Field construction and engineering technology operating under one management system.
To build the ground works, facilities and infrastructure Pakistan's energy sector depends on — safely, to specification, and on the date the client planned around.
To be the field services partner national and multinational operators turn to when a site is difficult, a schedule is tight, or the standard is not negotiable.
Message from the Chief Executive
When AFCCO took on its first oilfield contracts in Sindh in 1994, we were a Category C-6 contractor with a small team and a simple commitment: do the work safely, do it properly, and finish it on the date we promised. Three decades later that commitment has not changed. What we can put behind it has.
We progressed to PEC Category C-1 in 2010, certified our quality, environmental and safety management systems to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in 2018, and reached CA No Limit in 2022 — the highest contractor category, with no ceiling on contract value. Along the way we have completed more than 200 projects for national and multinational E&P operators, government departments and industrial clients, across some of the most difficult terrain in Pakistan.
None of that was achieved by certificates. It was achieved by engineers, supervisors, operators and field crews who travel out to remote locations and stay there until the work is right. I am grateful to every one of them, and to the clients who have returned to us with contract after contract over three decades.
Our priorities ahead are straightforward. Keep every person on an AFCCO site safe. Keep raising the standard of what we hand over. And, Insha'Allah, take this organisation to projects beyond Pakistan.

These are the standards field teams are measured against, on every project.
No schedule justifies an unsafe method. Permits, JSAs and stop-work authority apply to every person on site, including ours.
Inspection and test plans, material traceability and hold points agreed with the client before work starts, not argued about after.
Programmes built on real field productivity, resourced properly, and reported honestly when conditions change.
Transparent pricing, clear variation records and no surprises in the final account.
Project lifecycle
The same five stages run on every AFCCO contract, whatever the size.
Scope review, site visit and a written understanding of ground conditions and access.
Method statement, programme, resource plan and priced offer against the client's format.
Crew, plant and materials to site, HSE induction, permits and setup of the site office.
Work to approved methods with ITPs, daily reporting, inspections and progress against programme.
Punch list clearance, as-built records, QA/HSE documentation, demobilisation and defect support.
AFCCO can supply registration certificates, ISO documentation, financial standing and a project reference list for your tender file.
